SAVED (Sisters Achieving Victory Empowerment & Dominion, was birthed in 2008 through the visionary Apostle Dr. Carolyn Ransom-Champion. Havig lost a son to gun violence, Cortez Champion, Apostle Dr. Champion's vision is service families globally, victimized by acts of violence & other trauma related issues.
S.O.S., (Saving Our Sons), is an extension of S.A.V.E.D., birthed in 2013. S.O.S. is dedicated to providing services to male youth and adults, affected by grief/loss, and other traumas related to acts of violence including gun violence.
Under the leadership of Apostle Dr. Ransom-Champion, S.A.V.E.D. and S.O.S. provides, in addition to but not limited to, faith based mental health therapy, drug education, grief & loss therapy, community outreach services, leadership development, mentorship (youth/adult), and community referrals.
Robert Champion Jr. is the Director Of Services for Saving Our Sons (S.O.S.). Coming from a lifestyle of affiliations, drugs, and familial dysfunction, Robert not only understands the challenges many of our urban youth face, Robert was one. Now being a strong leader in his community of faith and corporate America, and being a father himself, Robert's mission is to SAVE OUR SONS.
